The monthly Chamber of Commerce meeting is open to all Chamber Members. Check your email for agenda and minutes. A pizza buffet will be available for $5
Note AFTER the meeting (approx. 7 p.m.) will be an "Active Shooter Training" provided by Chetek PD and Barron County Sheriff Dept. This training will be open to the public.

Friday night will feature the first runs of the Snow Outlaws lake racers. These speedsters were scheduled last year but conditions didn't permit their races so 2018 is the inaugural appearance at Winter Fest.
Concessions will be available. No Carry-Ins please.
Ice fishing anglers of all ages will head to the chain of lakes for the 19th annual Chetek Hydroflites Water Ski Show Team Ice Fishing Contest Saturday, Feb. 10, from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. on the entire Chetek Chain of Lakes. Over $15,000 in Prizes will be given away.
First-place prize winners in the adult division for northern pike, bass, and panfish will be awarded $200 worth of chamber bucks. Second-place prize winners with receive a Mr. Heater Big Buddy Portable Heater, and third-place will be given a $50 gift certificate to Red’s.
In the 14 and under contest for kids, first-place winners will be awarded a Beaver Dam Tip-Up and a fishing chair. There also be prize-winners for the second-place prize winners.
The Chetek and Weyerhaeuser Community Clubs would like to invite you to attend their annual event:
The Annual Christmas for Kids Auction will be held at Gilligans in Chetek on Friday December 8th at 7:00 p.m. The auction will have several items to bid on as well as many raffle items.
The proceeds from this event go toward helping families in need give Christmas gifts and winter clothing to their children.
There are several ways you can help these families:
1. Attend the auction, bring a friend, buy raffle tickets for prizes or bid on some of the great items that will be up for auction.
2. Watch for the Christmas trees to go up in the community. Those trees will have tags on them with specific items that are needed for a child. They will be up early in November.
3. Donate an item to be sold at the auction.
If you would like to donate items for the auction, they can be dropped off at Indianhead Insurance Agency located on Knapp Street in Chetek.
